Help needed to setup https for pbhub 

Hi, I tried setting up https using the binderhub documentation " "https://binderhub.readthedocs.io/en/latest/https.html". After the final step upon upgrading the certificates are not being issued. Please let me know how to debug this particular issue. Thanks
