Rename repo to `compass.geojupyter.org` for consistency

We have other repos named after their domain name:

• https://github.com/geojupyter/geojupyter.org/
• https://github.com/geojupyter/events.geojupyter.org
• https://github.com/geojupyter/workshops.geojupyter.org/

This one should probably be named similarly.
