Investigate kubernetes ITs #320
Description
The ITs were fixed in #318 by changing the workflow to use the docker compose ITs rather than kubernetes. These have been failing since the change to the image format, but I could not get them working again. We should fix these again at some point to make sure the kubernetes scripts all work with Gaffer 2.
