Prepare infrastructure for bartoc-search release.

From a general point of view we would like to have two separate environments for bartoc-search:

• Development environment: https://coli-conc.gbv.de/bartoc-search-dev/ (alredy set up)

• Production environment: https://coli-conc.gbv.de/bartoc-search/ (needs to be done)

If this separation is correct, the scope of this ticket is to correctly set up the containerization of bartoc-search, with particular attention to the following services:

• Solr
• MongoDB via Jskos server
• Redis (?)

The instances of bartoc-search are going to be:

• https://dev.bartoc.org/vocabularies (dev branch) connected to services solr and redis
• https://bartoc.org/vocabularies (main branch) connected to services solr-dev and redis-dev

https://coli-conc.gbv.de/bartoc-search-dev/ should not be kept.

• Deploy bartoc-search-dev instance at https://dev.bartoc.org/vocabularies/
  UX in filtering results from dev.bartoc.org (Filter tab), checking if we have consistent results. Checked means => it works.
