Extend Cocoda instance for SBB

check maybe for the concept list component those BK top classes are ok, showing just a couple.

I made some extensions. Only minor things left (if possible):

• 1. BK top classes might better include notation and labels (I added them without), otherwise it takes time until they have been loaded.

• 2. BK list of top concepts should be shown on startup (not sure whether this is configurable yet)

• 3. Navbar Logo margin at the bottom (I tried to adjust in SVG file and got margin at bottom at least)

• 4. SBB users might want their own concordances to collect mappings into

• 5. Limit list of concordances (requires Limit concordances to vocabularies included in a Cocoda instance cocoda#763)

I have uploaded a second stabi logo with top/bottom margins (scaled from the first one), this could be used for comparison. At the moment I do not think we could more in order to make it nicer without touching the code (css), this logo does not really fit with the header.
