CLI tab autocompletion not working

after typing e.g. `ganslate tr` and pressing tab, it's not gonna complete the `tr` to `train`. Same goes for `ganslate train config=./mnt/smth/`, also won't complete the path, i'm just not sure if this is part of the same problem or it has something to do with omegaconf too.
