Columns Block - column justify broken when allow column wrapping is enabled

Describe the bug
When Allow Column Wrapping is enabled in the Columns block, the Column Justify setting no longer works as expected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a page
2. Add a Columns block with 5 Inner columns and enable Allow column wrapping
3. Set the width 33.33% for each Inner column and add an image for each
4. See error on frontend

Expected behavior
The Column Justify setting should work correctly even when Allow Column Wrapping is enabled. Inner columns should maintain the correct alignment and spacing based on the selected justify option, without causing layout issues on the frontend.
