macOS transparent blur effect *not working*

I downloaded the theme for the transparent blur effect but
for some reason it did not work for me. 😢

I cannot reproduce the same transparent blur effect in the screenshots provided.

Here is a screenshot of my atom editor:

My system information:

• MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6,
• Native-ui 0.27.0 and Atom 1.40.1 x64.
• I had restarted several times but it did not solve the issue.

May I ask if this is a problem with the stylesheet or BrowserWindow.setVibrancy(type)?

I love the overall style of the UI but I see the blur effect as a key functionality. It is sad not being able to get it working.
