Documentation: Do downloaded models automatically update?

What is the docs issue?

If there is an update version available.

Or do I manually need to re-download my models?

How can I check if a new model version is available?

For voice input app specifically, we did have an update once to switch model formats, and it was done automatically.
For keyboard we can't do it automatically since it's offline but we can show a notification in the app to notify the user.
