Use Cases
Currently users can add custom words to the dictionary, and these can be triggered if the voice model pronunciation is close. But for foreign loan words or names from other languages, the custom dictionary cannot help.
However, if users could associate the recognized input text and assign a replacement, this would be helpful. This is a similar function to what classic voice dialing systems implemented for "phonetic names".
Proposal
Unsure of the best implementation from a design perspective, but adding a secondary field for multiple phonetic entries to associate, and performing a find-replace when any of these are output could work perhaps. Simple but effective
