Feature request: Independent Popup on keypress setting for Japanese 12-Key

Use Cases

I don't like how popups look & obscure when typing on a QWERTY keyboard, but on Japanese 12-Key it is a nice cheat sheet for the flick directions especially when learning.

Proposal

Alternatively, there could be a dedicated setting specifically for all "flick" type keys to have them display the popup.
