Missing dependency `magick`

When installing abn dependencies we encounter several failed installations:

• magick package (see https://github.com/furrer-lab/r-containers/actions/runs/10007602790/job/27662639498#step:6:14858)

• ggimage package (see https://github.com/furrer-lab/r-containers/actions/runs/10007602790/job/27662639498#step:6:22774)

  this is a result of the missing magick package

• hexStickers package (see https://github.com/furrer-lab/r-containers/actions/runs/10007602790/job/27662639498#step:6:22821)

  this is a result of the missing ggimage package

The issue persists even though the libraries and headers for magick are installed (see https://github.com/furrer-lab/r-containers/actions/runs/13693300176/job/38290281982#step:6:17735):
