I've built an electron app that creates a database using cross-sqlcipher.

I package the application using electron-builder, creating a windows installer.

The application runs normall and creates a functioning cipher database on about half the windows machines in my office, the other half gets the error below. Is there some dependency those computers may be missing?

oh yes, maybe it has something to do with openssl library on those machines.
