Linux Install Issue

When I run run the setup script, I get the following error:
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement matplotlib-3.3.3 (from -r requirements.txt (line 3)) (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for matplotlib-3.3.3 (from -r requirements.txt (line 3))
which I solved by changing the matplotlib line to "matplotlib==3.3"
Also, I think we could expand the functionality of both of our applications at the same time by using the XML based search on medlineplus.gov.
