Can't support spdx3.0. But fossology server has supported spdx3.0.

Recently, I observed that fossology has  supported spdx 3.0:

$ cd fossology
$ git log --stat

It appears that fossology-python has not supported for SPDX 3.0 yet. I was wondering if there are any current plans to add SPDX 3.0 support to fossology-python in the near future?

@leimaohui thanks for reporting your issue directly in this project!

I just checked the API documentation and it seems support for spdx3 has not yet been mapped into the rest endpoint.

There is an issue about this: fossology/fossology#3102, once the API supports the new format, I'll integrate it into the python wrapper.
