FoD create app and release should use --auto-required-attrs for mandatory parameters like app type, business,criticality etc.

Enhancement Request

While creating app and release in fcli-fod, there are required attributes like app type, business criticality and sdlc status
The parameter --auto-required-attrs does not add this automatically
We need to enhance this functionality - Using --auto-required-attrs should update the mandatory parameters automatically

Hi shajann, I don't think we will update the individual fcli fod app create command to do this as it assumes too much.
If you want this behavior then you can use environment variables, for example (in PowerShell):

$Env:FCLI_DEFAULT_FOD_APP_CREATE_APP_TYPE="Web"
$Env:FCLI_DEFAULT_FOD_APP_CREATE_BUSINESS_CRITICALITY="Medium"
$Env:FCLI_DEFAULT_FOD_APP_CREATE_SDLC_STATUS="Development"
fcli fod app create MYAPP --release MYREL  --auto-required-attrs

However for CI/CD use we updated the setup-release action to default these values, so for example you can just run:

>fcli fod action run setup-release --release MYAPP:MYREL

 179263  MYREL                 MYAPP        Development  APP_CREATED
                                                         RELEASE_CREATED

and it will default to creating Application and Release with the same defaults as above, e.g.:
