Don't include polyfills in the package #3

Hey, just doing a quick inspection of your package, and noticed that 75% af the code in this package is the Promise and fetch polyfills - Something that all modern browsers support natively. You should really consider removing these from the package, and leave it to the consuming application to ensure they exist.
