ERM - Update Reports for eUsage Counter-Reports (CoP 5.1) #863
Description
The existing reports must be updated with the start of the new COUNTER release version 5.1. The new release 5.1 will become the current Code of Practice and the requirement for COUNTER compliance effective from January 2025. There are some changes with the new version of the COUNTER reports.

Please note: In the case of COUNTER reports, the creation of a derived table takes a lot of time. That would slow down the database enormously. In order not to impair performance, there are no derived tables for the COUNTER reports.
