status_date in item_ext table stored as text instead of date

The folio_derived.item_ext table in metadB is storing status_date as long text rather than as date/time. This causes issues with existing queries (as it is a change from Orchid). Can it be instead stored in the appropriate date format?

As long as we are updating this table, it would also be good to have effective_shelving_order field from the folio_inventory.item__t table in Metadb added (from Joanne Leary)
