Documentation Upgrades

Hey! I just started using whiskey_disk and so far am really liking it. One thing though-- it took me a while to understand how whiskey_disk does what it does. While the documentation is pretty thorough it doesn't really explain what happens when, where and why.

It'd be rad to see some documentation about the working parts of whiskey_disk and how to use it effectively. Thoughts?
