Implement command to generate a bundle

By default, the repo does not have a way to generate the bundle.

The commands are:
```bash
flatpak run org.flatpak.Builder --force-clean --user --repo=repo _build build-aux/<appID>.json
flatpak build-bundle repo <appName>.flatpak <appID>
```
