This would be handy, I'm also seeing errors when trying to bring this into my GemFile without a prebuilt gem...

Gemfile:

gem "hcaptcha", git: "https://github.com/firstmoversadvantage/hcaptcha", branch: 'master'

bundle install confirms:

Using hcaptcha 6.0.1 from https://github.com/firstmoversadvantage/hcaptcha (at master@531ce45)

but then trying to bring up the app:

Log:

Bundler::GitError: The git source https://github.com/firstmoversadvantage/hcaptcha is not yet checked out. Please run `bundle install` before trying to start your application

https://rubygems.org/gems/hcaptcha/versions/7.1.0 Looks like it's been published since then.
