Add data points for (Input Speed, Input Height) and (Output Speed, Desired Height)

We should have the user specify a desired output height and spew that number (the wind speed at requested output height) out in addition to the graphic. There will be cases where the user will want to see the profile but may need a speed output at a specific height. Might be nice to label the input/output speeds directly on the graphic if that’s easy to do.

May need to transition to a different charting library to accomplish all we want on the page. Will look into this further.
