Make GeoPDF maps prettier #4
Description
The PDF maps are hard to read right now. We should change the basemap to the topofire base map and see if there are any other changes to make the base map better. Also need to double check that we are actually writing the turbulence to the GeoPDF and not just the wind vectors.
