Xcode compilation: "index output filenames do not match input source files"

I tried using PlaydateKit, it works fine when I compile it with swift package pdc on the shell, but in Xcode it fails with:

I'm also getting the same issue.

I've had this issue with one of my projects, I'm not sure why. I can fix it by renaming the project back to the original name with: swift package rename --allow-writing-to-package-directory --to PlaydateKitTemplate --from NewName

Edit: Actually, it seems that the issue was that I simply needed to restart Xcode to allow it to work after changing the name
