Room Service Return Available Rooms

We need a service for the Reservation Service that will list the available rooms that the Room Service should return.

We need to check if the existing service in Room Service, which returns available rooms, already provides this functionality.

If it needs modification, it should be done. If it needs to be completely rebuilt, it must be rewritten entirely. This scope also requires writing the corresponding tests.
