Fix required packages in buildroot #280
Description
Only under very rare circumstances should a Required package in CR not be shipped (iow listed as buildroot for all arches). Any such packages should be checked, and in most cases shipped by addition to a repository in pungi-config and/or fedora-comps.
(However, there are a number of legitimate cases when a package is unshipped (buildroot) on some arches, usually due to being connected to a feature which is only supported or only makes sense on some arches. These should be checked for sanity but are often intentional.)
