How to use tags

As stated in Issue #38 ("Make notes taggable"), we should add the possiblity to tag notes. While it seems pretty easy to add tags to a specific note, I wonder what is the best way to filter them. I have to possible solutions in mind:

• tags can be specified in the existing search field, they will be recognised like the existing full text search
• we add a new sidebar one the left where tags are displayed to narrow the search

@hmlampe: What's your favorite solution here?

I think the latter one would be the best. I can't think of the first idea to be very practical. It would be confusing to use one field for both functions.

@hmlampe: Take a look at the following branch, please: feat/taggable_notes

It contains an example how to display tags below the filter box. I've also added a primitve way to add tags in edit mode: there is an edit field above the note's contents. The filtering doesn't work yet, but I would like to have your opinion aboud the tag box below the filter. I'm not sure if this is sufficient, especially when a large number of tags is specified.
