There are no instruction on how to run your code. Can you give me any help on how to run your code?

Thank you for reaching out for this repo! I have to say that this repo is a demo on partial functionality. It supports some OpenGL to visualize the vessel model (and we can use scroll bar to change translation/rotation/scale) and OpenCV marker localization logic.
To run the code, it's recommend to use visual studio environment, and the main function is in ./TestVision/main.cpp. Also makefile is provided in the ./TestVision directory.
Some of the 3d vessel model file is in the ./model directory.
