EDoc doesn't show up on hover

EDoc doesn't show up on hovering over a function in vscode.
Regardless of whether there is a -spec, or whether the comment is before or after it.

It only shows the -spec information and nothing else.

Also, the extension output only shows errors about a missing Elvis config,
though that is unrelated isn't it?

I have version 0.0.46 of the extension and version 1.97.2 of VSCode.
