Add short gifs or videos for the GUI interaction

The vignette mentions that a couple of steps can be done via the graphical interface but it can be difficult to find exactly where the buttons are located and how to follow the steps.

A short gif or video demonstrating clearly how this can be done would probably help greatly.

There is no specific blocker, we just need someone to take a couple of hours to create these recordings.
