Align y-lines in charts with two y axes

I removed the static max y values from the wind+pv charts to allow for langer values in 63846f5, unfortunately this leads to unaligned horizontal lines. My searched revealed that the only solution is to set the y max manually (being one maximum a multiple of the other) when the chart is updated with data.
