Big Testing Rework version -test6

A few bugfixes and stuff:
* When adding a custom bind, if you canceled the dialog where you
  pick the name of the bind, ugly things would happen:
    + Delete / rename / etc buttons would appear on the page, attached
      to no custom bind.  Interacting with them would break.  Fixed.
    + The profile would get flagged as modified even though no custom
      bind was actually added.  Fixed.
* In general the "add custom bind" code path has been clarified and
  simplified a bit.  Hopefully everything is just better, but as always,
  things could creep in.
* If there are multiple malformed / incomplete binds on the Custom Binds
  page, the "Write Binds" step will now warn you once, with a list of
  the affected binds, instead of popping up a dialog for each malformed
  bind.
