The meeting occurred on the 17th of June. We agreed on setting the deadline to the end of August, as people are away at different times. A first draft will be prepared on the EIP Google Drive that was used for the event co-located with the AH.
We will meet again at some point in August (TBD) to discuss and enrich this first draft.

Perhaps we can divide this into two part. To start we should just put the materials we have at hand on the website and I could reassign the task to myself to have something for the first version of the website by early July if you're planning to go off on vacation in the near future.

@wna-se that is fine, thank you! We went through the materials a bit today with Vassilios (is he not on the GitHub organisation? I am not able to tag him), and he will move the relevant things to the Google Drive. (I am disappearing next week, and I will be back in late July.)

@wna-se count me in to help until @bianchini88 is back. I will draft some ideas in the Google Docs tab section in the meanwhile.
