Straight-forward PHPCS config

I'm looking at the long list of excluded sniffs.

1. Choosing/Creating a coding standard you really want to follow
2. Pick sniffs from WPCS: vendor/bin/phpcs --standard=WordPress -e

I'll give it a try and see which habits I may need to break/vim muscles to work on.
