[feature request] Better emoji variant selection options beyond just a default

I appreciate that efck provides the option to choose a default skin/sex/hair. Useful for when I want my emoji to represent myself which is the most common case. But sometimes, I want the emoji to represent someone else, and it's a bit tedious to have to change my default just to pick the emoji, then change the default back.

I'd suggest allowing us to click and hold on an emoji, to get a submenu with ALL its variants, so we can leave our default the way we like, but still have access to the other variants.
