Add a param for inet_protocols

Hi !

Doesn't work here, it seems because it's trying to send through ipv6. Would it be possible to add the inet_protocols parameter, allowing to use ipv4 only ?

I have the same issue, however only happenning on one system with:
centos-release-7-7.1908.0.el7.centos.x86_64

If I set inet_protocols=ipv4 in main.cf I can clearly see with docker logs postfix, that postfix attemps on ipv4 instead of ipv6, but it's still not working.

@darox are you trying on google cloud by any chance ? google blocks port 25
