Outdated version in crates.io ?

Hello,

I am considering using Edge Impulse in a Rust project.
The version of edge-impulse-runner-rs available on crates.io seems very old (v1.0.0) compared to the code in this repository. The repository mentions Migration from 1.0.0 to 2.0.0, and suggests in many places that version 2.0.0 should be preferred for new projects.

Is version 2.0.0 (= the code on the main branch of the repo) stable at this time?
If so, are you considering publishing the new version on crates.io?
