Make WeatherGenMergeReader and WeatherGenJSONReader talk

Describe the task. It can be a feature, documentation, etc.

• WeatherGenMergeReader stacks runs over the ensemble dimension
• WeatherGenJSONReader reads and plots the existing scores even when the zarr files got deleted.

We need to adapt the WGMergeReader to work even when the zarr files get deleted. In principle one might just need to update these lines:

but it other errors might arise downstream.

Hi, a few changes has been made since then and the reference is notcorrect any longer. Do you mean these lines?
