In order to test backports into the release branches of Che User Dashboard, it makes sense to run E2E smoke tests when creating pull requests into the release branches of the https://github.com/eclipse-che/che-dashboard repo.

Enable Openshift CI happy path test https://github.com/eclipse-che/che-dashboard/blob/main/.ci/oci-dashboard-happy-path.sh, which is running SmokeTest https://github.com/eclipse-che/che-dashboard/blob/main/.ci/resources/pod-che-smoke-test.yaml#L26

OpenShift CI tests to update:
- Replace Eclipse Che Next to released version: https://github.com/eclipse-che/che-dashboard/blob/7.113.x/.ci/openshift-ci/Dockerfile#L29C4-L29C86
- Replace E2E test main branch to release branch: https://github.com/eclipse-che/che-dashboard/blob/7.113.x/.ci/oci-dashboard-puppeteer.sh#L23
