1. Fix scroll to explore btn in light mode at home page
2. fix color theme of back to top logo in light theme
3. fix feature page UI

-->go to repective pages
-->check thi issue

Expected behavior

1. scroll to explore btn must be visible in light mode
2. back to top logo is also visible clearly in light mode
3. Ui of feature page theme similar to home page and enhance it
