Description
I have an issue where there are too few triangles generated to load specific sections of some of my AUV data in mbnavadjust (and it causes crashes and loss of some data). I think that a solution to this problem could be to add the ability to set specific sections to be skipped.
Similar to --skip-unset-crossings, which takes all unset crossings and skips them, I want to be able to directly do this to specific sections and not just the entire survey.
I am imagining usage similar to --triangulate-section=file:section, where you enter: --skip-section=0002:10, and it takes any crossings associated with the file:section 0002:10 and sets them to skipped because that section is "corrupt."
