add option to mbgrid to estimate the amount of memory required

Please add a command-line option to mbgrid to estimate the memory required for a given execution (i.e. grid dimensions, datalist, output format, etc.).

This would be kind of like a "dry-run" option to allow a user to know whether an execution with the specified parameters is likely to succeed with the currently available memory.
