DuckDB std::cout is not redirected

If I turn on DuckDB logging, I can't actually see the logs in the ODBC driver output.
Should we redirect std::cout in the ODBC driver?

I am not sure we should touch std::cout from the ODBC driver - std::cout is a global object (when C++ stdlib is linked dynamically) and other parts of the host application may want to change it.

Instead of stdout the logging to FS can be used, it will be effective from ODBC, for example the following:

CALL enable_logging(level='trace', storage='file', storage_path='log1')

will create log1 directory and will write DuckDB logs there.
