Allow pasting a non-hex event id as a debug url

Right now you need to paste the hex only of the event id into the debug url for the original job request. However tools like vendata.io allow for easy copy of the non-hex id. 

This would also make it easier for anyone to add a "Debug" button that takes them to the dvmdash.live/debug/<event_id> url.
