Consider new release

When testing InnoExtract we noticed that the latest release (v1.9 -> https://github.com/dscharrer/innoextract/releases/tag/1.9) was published ~4 years ago.

The pre-compiled binaries that come with this tag support InnoSetup v1.2.10 -> v6.0.5

If I compile it by myself many newer versions are supported (up to 6.2.2). I'd like to suggest that a new release be published (perhaps v1.9.1) with binaries supporting these newer versions of InnoSetup.

The current release doesn't build with CMake 4.0.
