The path is correct however i still cant find sdk on my tModLoader

This shows that you have .Net Core SDK 8.0 installed correctly. If it still doesn't show up in tModLoader even after you restart it, then that looks like a tModLoader issue to me and you should ask in a place that's specific to it.
