Goal
Migrate the existing Edit Content portlet UI so it renders correctly and consistently using PrimeNG and Angular 21, matching the modern DotCMS UI.

Scope
- Update Edit Content portlet components/templates/styles to PrimeNG equivalents.
- Preserve current behavior and interactions (navigation, list/detail flows, actions, etc.).
- Ensure consistency with the rest of the PrimeNG-based UI.
Acceptance Criteria
- Edit Page portlet looks “native” to PrimeNG/Angular 21 and consistent with other portlets.
- No console errors in dev.
- Add/update tests where applicable and ensure they pass.
