Chat buffer stops auto-scrolling after reload

After reloading (C-c C-p R), the chat buffer no longer auto-scrolls to follow new output during streaming. The agent responds normally but the chat window stays at its current scroll position instead of following the new content.

This might be related to the window-point/scroll tracking state not being reset when the process is restarted.

Any idea what I'm missing here? Because I can't reproduce this.
