Multiple Min and Max time

Is it possible to set min and max time as an array, so that I can work with multiple min and max times.

I want to achieve below mentioned logic:

9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Enabled)

1:01 PM to 2:00 PM (Disabled)

2:01 PM to 6:00 PM (Enabled)
